Sun Catchers - Vintage Stained Glass embraced in knit and woven stainless steel wire. 

The vintage glass (@1905) used in these pieces were found in the ashes of the 2016 fire at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, Duluth, MN. These shards of glass were what was left of the destroyed windows of the Sanctuary. Some pieces also have beadwork or seed beads attached to the stainless steel. These are vintage beads recovered from France or Venice Italy about the same vintage as the stained glass.
